Collaborative.
I believe the one thing greater than achieving success is sharing in it. So many writers don’t yet know the value of others input, and I get that. It’s hard to have someone else tell you to change something you whole-heartedly believe only you have a vision of. Fact is, that’s not true. Creative minds often think alike and if you open yourself up to incredible people, your writing is going to reflect that.
Honest.
I take an honest approach to my work. Or, honestly, I try to. It may not come in my first draft because we don’t always look at ourselves honestly at first glance. It can take deep thought and delusions of grandeur to get there, but inevitably my writing will always come out as a reflection of my truth.
